
Seventy-One Student-Athletes Earn Degrees in Spring

MANHATTAN, Kansas – A total of 71 current and former K-State student-athletes earned their degrees from Kansas State University this spring and will participate in annual commencement exercises.
Highlighting the 71 who graduated this springs were 16 members of the K-State baseball team, 12 members of the women's track and field team, 10 student-athletes on the rowing team, eight from the football team, six from men's basketball, five from men's track and field, four from men's golf, three from women's golf, two each from soccer, volleyball and women's basketball and one from tennis.
K-State continues to rank among the league's best in terms of academic success as all programs are currently well above the required NCAA APR standard in addition to ranking among the best in the Big 12 in graduation rates – including five teams that have Big 12-leading marks this year.
