Video Board Messages

Looking to wish someone a happy birthday or celebrate an anniversary? Create a lasting memory with a personalized message on the video board at the next K-State game.

 

Video board messages may be reserved at football, men's and women's basketball, baseball, volleyball, or soccer games. Each message must adhere to a "Happy Birthday", "Happy Anniversary", or "Congratulations" template and are limited in number of characters allowed (see details below).

 

Messages will appear during halftime at football games on the Carl & Mary Ice Family Video Boards in a lower third graphic (typically during the band show). Basketball messages will appear during halftime on centerhung video board in a full screen graphic. Baseball messages will appear during a specified break between the third and fifth innings. Volleyball messages will appear during a specified set break. Soccer messages will appear during halftime on the videoboard. All messages will be displayed for 8-10 seconds.

 

The cost per message is:

  • Football: $200
  • Men's Basketball: $100
  • Women's Basketball: $100
  • Baseball: $75
  • Volleyball: $75
  • Soccer: $75

How to Submit your Request:

  1. Click here to get started
  2. Choose the sport you are requesting
  3. Choose the game you are requesting
  4. Enter the number of messages you are wishing to purchase
  5. Select either "Happy Birthday", "Happy Anniversary", or "Congratulations" template
  6. Submit the name of the person(s) you are celebrating (i.e. Willie Wildcat). There is a 40 character limit for this line.
  7. Submit the name of the person(s) sending the message (i.e. "Love Your K-State Family"). There is a 40 character limit for this line.
  8. Click "Add to Cart"
  9. Complete payment process
 

Details:

  • Requests must be received by noon, three business days prior to the game.
  • Video board messages must be purchased online via credit card payment only.
  • Each message must use one of the approved templates.
  • There are a limited number of messages available for each game, and requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • There are no refunds for video board messages. If your game is rescheduled, you will be contacted by the Fan Experience office to discuss your options.
  • K-State Athletics reserves the right not to display any messages that are deemed inappropriate. No commercial messages will be allowed.
