MANHATTAN, Kansas – K-State soccer head coach Colleen Corbin finalized her coaching staff for the 2026 season, naming Travis Brown as an assistant coach. Brown will work with K-State's goalkeepers.
"The staff and I are thrilled for Travis to join our staff," said Corbin about the program's newest coaching addition. "During the interview process, it was clear that Travis wanted to be at K-State and that he is excited about the upward trajectory of our program.
"He has an energetic personality and an obvious desire to be in Manhattan and to work with our goalkeepers. Travis thrives at building connections and is also an ambitious and self-motivated coach, who is eager to be impactful and to help our program continue to grow. I am really looking forward to the positive impact he will have on our staff and our players and we are looking forward to getting to work this summer."
Prior to coming to the Little Apple, Brown spent time on the coaching staffs at Dayton and Christopher Newport University working with the men's programs at each school.
"I'm incredibly excited to join Colleen and the entire staff at K-State," Brown said. "The progress this program has made over the past year, along with the tremendous support from the community, makes it clear that the future is bright.
