MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State opens its home Big 12 schedule Friday night, hosting Arizona State at Tointon Family Stadium with first pitch set for 6 p.m. CT. Saturday's game is slated for 4 p.m., while the series finale is at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
The three-game series marks the teams' first meeting in Big 12 play, and their first matchup in Manhattan since 2008.
Both squads enter the series ranked in at least one national poll, with K-State 24th by Perfect Game and ASU 24th by Baseball America. Both programs are also receiving votes from the National College Baseball Writers Association.
