CAREER: A former community-college transfer who was a reserve defensive back and played on special teams.
2019: Saw action in 10 games, primarily on kickoff coverage... Totaled four tackles on the season, including three on kick coverage to to tie for third on the team... Set a career high with two tackles in K-State’s upset victory over No. 5 Oklahoma.
2018: Played in one game, recording a tackle at Baylor.
2017: Redshirted.
COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Played two seasons at Diablo Valley College under head coach Mike Darr... Totaled 55 tackles, 6.0 tackles for loss, one sack, three passes defended and an interception during his sophomore campaign... Registered a career-high 10 tackles against De Anza, a game in which he had 1.5 TFLs and a pass breakup... Also had 1.5 TFLs against Contra Costa and carded eight tackles at Sacramento City... Recorded his interception against Feather River... Picked up a season-high seven tackles against Feather River during his first game as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Stephenson under head coach Ron Gartrell... Helped lead the Vikings to an 8-4 record and an appearance in the state playoffs... Picked up first team all-region and all-county honors as an all-purpose player... Totaled 82 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, four interceptions and 13 pass breakups during his career...
